Judea

– It was limited in the time of Jesus to the north, with Samaria; to the south, with Egypt and the Negeb; on the west, with the Mediterranean Sea, and on the east, with Perea:

Jn 3:22 : Then Jesus went with his disciples into the countryside of Judea, and there he stayed with them and baptized.

Jn 11:7 : Then he said to his disciples: “Let us return to Judea”.

Acts 1 : 8 : The Holy Spirit will come upon you and give you strength; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, throughout all Judea.

Gal 1:22 : I was still personally unknown to the Christian communities of Judea.

– There was the city where Jesus was born, Bethlehem:
